Position Overview :
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting PrideStaff’s staffing and workforce solutions. This position requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
Identify and target potential clients in the Fresno area.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to present PrideStaff’s services.
Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Regularly visit client sites to assess satisfaction and staffing needs.
Market and Industry Expertise :
Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and labor market conditions.
Educate clients on workforce trends and provide consultative solutions to meet their hiring challenges.
Collaboration and Teamwork :
Partner with the internal recruiting team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
Collaborate with the branch manager to align sales strategies with company goals.
Participate in networking events and community activities to promote PrideStaff’s brand.
Qualifications :
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
Strong understanding of the Fresno business market and its unique needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
