What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at PrideStaff?
The Dispatcher Role is the key connection between office and field to ensure that each customer is taken care of in a timely and professional manner. This role is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the assignment and follow-up of technicians to jobs so as to maintain the highest levels of customer service while meeting or exceeding company goals.
Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
Build a professional relationship with customers through ongoing communication
Understand the strengths, skills and weaknesses of field technician, as well as each job opportunity to ensure that the right tech-right job approach is successfully utilized.
Monitor technicians' locations to ensure that we can complete all appointments.
Create follow-up appointments or parts orders when these are needed.
Resolve any customer issues that may arise in an efficient manner.
Follow-up on open estimates when needed to fill schedule.
Provide overflow support for Customer Service Representative. Qualifications
Able to multitask
A cool head in a fast-paced situation
Customer service skills
Strong decision-making abilities (sometimes, you gotta just make the call)
Tech-savviness (our system isn’t rocket science, but you should be comfortable with computers and apps) Temp-to-Hire | $20-$23 / hr | Long Term Opportunity
