We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering & Product Manager to join two innovative brands, Bestop Aluminess LLC and Bestop MGP Caliper Covers LLC. Engineering & Product Manager Job Duties include :
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
Provide technical leadership and manage engineering teams.
Analyze product performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Preferred Skills include :
Experience with SolidWorks, data analytics, and performance tracking tools.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and material properties.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Requirements include :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in aftermarket or off-road industries.
Ability to provide 2 professional references.
