Our client is a long standing non-profit seeking an Executive Admin Assistant to serve the Executive Director. This is a Direct Hire position working in Northern Kentucky, between the non-profits two locations one near NKU and one 15 miles away. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate seeking experience in Non-Profit or Social Services.
This position is coming available as the current person is moving onto graduate school.
Executive Assistants have more than administrative duties. They also filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. Other responsibilities include :
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. Also grant writing is part of this role.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. Key Skills and Experiences
- Great written and verbal communications skills
- Superrios organizational skills with attention to details
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, Word and Excel.
- College Degree preferred; HS / Associates with 3-5 years exp
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Per Year
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
