Position : HR Coordinator
Pay Rate : $28 / hr.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am - 330pm
Location : Carlsbad, CA
HR Coordinator who has had exposure to safety in a manufacturing environment.
Job Summary
The HR Coordinator will support the HR department’s operations by performing a variety of administrative,
clerical, and confidential tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with the development of policies, practices, and procedures as it relates to Human Resources and Safety.
- Answers questions about existing policies and guides employees through the employment process.
- AA Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR / Safety, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Job Description
- Understanding of federal, state, and city safety requirements, including OSHA.
- Must be able to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task with different projects.
