Human Resource Manager Job Highlights :

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and drive HR initiatives, including talent management, change management, and organizational development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results and enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement best practices in human resources systems, policies, and processes.
• Possess exceptional personal and professional credibility to serve as a coach and advisor to employees and management.
• Identify and resolve employee performance issues through coaching and collaboration
• Address all types of employee relations issues while fairly representing all interests.
• Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Partner with the Training and Development team to identify training needs and facilitate the growth and development of internal talent.
• Provide objective feedback to business leaders on talent moves, gaps, promotions, and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire skilled construction workers across various roles.

Create detailed job descriptions tailored to construction needs.

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.

Manage onboarding process for new employees.  Human Resource Manager Key Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices related to the construction sector.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
