Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR information systems
• Administer benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist with payroll processing and time management systems
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Collaborate with management on HR strategy and workforce planning
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics
• Plan and organize company events and recognition programs
Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration
• Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Familiarity with performance management and employee development concepts
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
