Title : Industrial Painter
Shift : 12pm - 10pm
Location : Copley
Pay : $16.00 / hr
PrideStaff is hiring General Labor Painters for a company in the Copley area!
Responsibilities & Skills :
Prep, plug, and hang parts on a powder coating line according to supervisor’s direction and traveler notes.
Understand the importance of wash system maintenance, contamination, inspection, and documentation.
Pull, inspect, sticker, and pack powder-coated parts from the line.
Follow work instructions and procedures diligently.
Maintain punctuality by arriving on time every day and taking pride in the job.
Pull parts, count, and pack according to work instructions.
Verify operation results through inspection and log completed work.
Document actions by completing records and documenting powder usage.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and complying with legal and internal regulations.
Keep equipment clean and functioning by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs when needed.
Complete assigned duties as necessary.
Demonstrate physical strength and stamina to lift parts, operate equipment, and remain on feet for a full shift.
Able to use full-face masks and respirators in a particle-filled environment and maintain a cleanly shaven face to enable proper fit testing and seal.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Possess strong time management skills.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Recent manufacturing experience over 6 months.
