Responsibilities :
Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Edit and proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
Type and format legal documents for printing and electronic filing
Manage and maintain document databases and filing systems
Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements
Develop and implement document management policies and procedures
Provide support to legal teams as needed
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
High School Diploma preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and electronic filing systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Typing speed of at least 60 wpm
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
