Low Voltage Technician
PrideStaff is a leading staffing agency dedicated to connecting talented professionals with outstanding employers. We are currently seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician for our client in Fort Myers, FL.
Pay Rate : $23.00 - $30.00 / hour, DOE
Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday work schedule
Contract Type : Direct Hire
Low Voltage Technician Job Responsibilities :
- Install and program AV and Control systems in residential and commercial environments
- Work independently and collaboratively on installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer education
- Configure and maintain audio, video, networking, and control systems
- Install and manage structured cabling, surveillance cameras, lighting and shade control, access control systems, and digital signage
- Program residential control systems and commercial AV systems.
- Configure networking equipment including wireless access points, routers, and managed switches
- Perform system commissioning, testing, and end-user training
- Maintain assigned company vehicle and manage vehicle inventory
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and complete required certifications
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency support
