Job Title : Mechanical Assembly Pump Technician
Pay Rate : $21 - $25 / hr DOE
Location : Houston, TX 77032
Schedule : M-F, 7 : 00AM to 4 : 00PM
Summary :
The Pump Technician is responsible for handling all aspects of Production Pumps & Accessories including inspection, fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging / crating.
Responsibilities :
- Inspects new pumps for damages and correctness.
- Reports non-conformances per the company’s Quality Program.
- Coordinates in-house fabrication and painting needs for pumps & accessories per individual requirements.
- Assembles pumps from start to finish with all required components.
- Performs required testing and prepares test data upon completion of assembly.
- Coordinates packing stage for pumps according to client specifications and / or company standards.
- Crates production pumps and accessories to ensure damage free shipping using the Shipping / Receiving department as a resource.
- Supports systems assembly and aftersales as needed by performing mechanical repairs or other tasks.
- Actively demonstrate the LEWA values of Inclusion, Ownership, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement.
