Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of tooling and mechanical systems for deep draw manufacturing processes, ensuring that all designs meet required specifications, functionality, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the tooling department to create innovative tooling solutions that support deep draw manufacturing operations. Ensure that tooling designs are optimized for manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee engineering projects from concept through completion, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide hands-on engineering support to the production floor, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with operators to improve processes and machine efficiency.
- Ensure that all designs and processes adhere to AS9100 and ISO standards, as well as internal quality metrics. Collaborate with the Quality Department to implement robust quality controls.
Qualifications :
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
