Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support Sales/Marketing teams in building engaging customer presentations scheduling meetings and interviews
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Graphics (Adobe Suite) to build powerful presentations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
