The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This is a temporary opportunity that could turn TEMP to HIRE for the right candidate.
1st Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
Pay : $17 / hr
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.
Address customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
