What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order processing specialist position at PrideStaff?
Process orders the business receives through different communication platforms. Review, verify and confirm all data is accurate, obtain proper approvals, generate production PO to vendors, confirm required inspections, certificates, documentation and / or CRD.
Provide internal customer service ton sales team, product management team and logistics team. Monitor production and communicate in a timely manner, of any issues.
Confirm cargo ready date to logistics team, review and validate all pertaining export / import documentation (Packing Slip, BOL etc.
Generate commercial invoice to final customer and work in liaison with AP and AR teams.
Work Experience & Requirements :
- at least 2 years of experience as an Order processor or customer service agent,
- or at least 2 years of experience in other related fields such us import / export logistics coordinator or inventory / warehouse coordinator or similar
- Prior experience working with an ERP or Order Entry system, SAP Business One a plus.
- Mid to advance excel knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and team player
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Education Requirements :
- College education level
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 Per Year
