Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining daily tasks, monitoring the production floor, and completing various facilities maintenance projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Support manufacturing operations by maintaining daily tasks and monitoring the production floor
* Complete facilities maintenance projects as assigned to ensure a safe and productive work environment
* Assist with gathering spindle hour information and completing 5S and company improvement projects
* Maintain work areas where chips are transported and stored according to company standards
* Assist with adding coolant and performing evaluations to ensure the quality of coolant in use
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to organize workflow and remain focused on tasks
* Ability to achieve scheduled deadlines and communicate bottlenecks that impede workflow
* Proficiency with computers
* Clear written and verbal communication with varying levels of the organization
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
