Compensation : $24.00 / hr

Location : Chantilly, VA

Schedule : Mon Fri, 7a 330p Hybrid schedule (3in / 2home)

Quality Control Clerk Responsibilities :

• Coordinates daily bids process and enters and updates data into FUSE job management system.
• Maintain Bid filing system
• Answer phone calls directed to the bid desk phone.
• Maintains file cabinet for Array and small FUSE orders keeping filed neatly and in Alpha order.
• Assists Project Managers or Quotations staff with assembling of Submittals or Operations and Maintenance Manuals if help is required.
• Assists Management, Project Managers or Quotations staff with report maintenance such A / R (accounts receivable) A / P (accounts payable) and or Job Control Financial Summary closeouts.
• Helps with setting up job folders and paid invoice filing for Project Managers
• Performs other similar or related clerical duties as necessary.

Quality Control Clerk Requirements :

• Must speak and have proficient writing skills in English.
• Must be proficient in Windows XP or Windows 7, MS Office, Word, Excel, and MS Outlook / Calendar.
• Experience with knowledge of scheduling concepts and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to define and communicate processes effectively.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• A self-starter, requiring little or no supervision.
• Exhibits good judgment, determination, and perseverance during difficult processes.
