What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Paralegal position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for our client in Palm Beach Gardens. Our chosen Real Estate Paralegal will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with excellent grammar, phone skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal are :
Review titles and surveys for real estate transactions.
Coordinate checklists for purchase, sale, and loan transactions.
Work directly with title underwriters to resolve title issues.
Prepare title commitments and policies in compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Understand and execute procedures to clear title requirements for closing.
Generate lease summaries and entity documents.
Review and prepare entity resolutions, closing documents, and closing statements.
Qualifications & Skills :
8 years experience as a real estate paralegal required
Paralegal Certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong grammar, communication, and phone skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
Proficient in Real Estate Closing software
