Location: Rocky Hill, CT
Recruiting Assistant Hours: 8am-5pm
Recruiting Assistant Pay: up to $20/hr
Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruiting team in selecting and hiring employees to fit the needs of our customers.
- Maintain contact with customers, candidates & employees to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Administer payroll for our employees.
- Responsible for the use of social media to market and post available positions.
- Work hard, make an impact, and have fun.
Recruiting Assistant Preferred Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of customer service or retail experience (people business)
- Self-directed, ambitious, motivated, achievement oriented, high energy with a proven track record.
- Exceptional communication and teaming skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but can be substituted for experience
