Job Description :
Job Summary : To assist recruiters by performing administrative, clerical and recruiting support functions, maintain files and procedures, and to offer marketing assistance to attract candidates and clientele.
- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference / background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates. Build networks to deliver qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants to meet future demands
- Ensure the on-boarding and orientation process is followed and assist with ongoing improvements
- Work with business leaders and Human Resources to develop hiring strategies that align with business objectives and corporate culture
- Build credibility internally with colleagues, customers, and externally with potential candidates
- Work with various resources to build our reputation and brand in the community as an employer of choice
- Makes daily inside sales / sales calls
- Follow up on new leads daily
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a collaborative approach that possesses strong organizational, communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Bilingual, Spanish / English is a plus
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $16.00 - $16.50 Per Hour
Salary : $16 - $17
