Job Title: Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant
Duration: 3-4 Month Contract
Location: Deer Park, TX
Details:
An established national organization is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team in Deer Park, Tx!
Focus includes:
- Provide a positive interaction throughout selection process for candidates, hiring supervisor, HR business partners and Recruiters
- Scheduling on-site and/ or remote interviews, preparing and sending offer letters & processing new hire transactions
- Assist with I-9 verification
- Provide assistance for our candidates with moving through the application process in our ATS
Targeting candidates with:
- Recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Bilingulal, Spanish speaking requiried
- At least 2-3 year of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
Offering $22/hr depending on experience.
