Research Clerk Job Description :
PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Research Clerk that has prior legal experience, bankruptcy and researching experience along with excellent time management. The ideal Research Clerk is highly organized, a self starter and always willing to go above and beyond for the team. The Research Clerk is a full time, temp to hire position in Houston, TX.
Primary purpose of this position is to research new bankruptcy cases. Once a case is found to have delinquent taxes for one of the Firm’s clients, prepares claims and Notice of Appearances. In addition, will key in this data into Bank Tools and code account(s) in Tax Tools.
