Position Overview :
The Sales Leader is responsible for driving and managing our sales initiatives across both new and existing markets. This role involves managing our existing multinational sales team, expanding the team to meet growth objectives, leading high-performing sales efforts, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying new business channels and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, market development, retail sales, and wholesale environments. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to sell to retail clients, build and manage sales teams, and drive growth in competitive markets.
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese considered a significant advantage.
