Workers Compensation Paralegal

Job Duties and Requirements :
Assist attorneys with all aspects of workers' compensation cases from intake to resolution.
Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and responses with the NJ Division of Workers' Compensation.
Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and evidence.
Draft correspondence to clients, medical providers, courts, and opposing counsel.
Coordinate and schedule court hearings, depositions, and independent medical examinations (IMEs).
Review and summarize medical records, employment records, and other relevant documents.
