Seasonal Registration Positions
Season: May-September
Location: Priest Lake State Park- Indian Creek unit and Lionhead unit
Pay: $14 per hour, Full-time 40 hours per week
Housing /Type: Limited housing available/Shared Bunkhouse-$26 - $30 a monthly rental Note***Sleeping quarters spilt in two seperate rooms one bunk room for men and one bunk room for women. Shared kitchen and living room area. One restroom for women's side and one restroom for men's side at Indian Creek and shared restroom at Lionhead bunkhouse. 2 Bunkhouse locations total-One located in Lionhead unit and One at Indian Creek Unit.
Uniform Provided: Shirt and hat provided
Direct Supervisor: Jenny Seaman Registration Manager/Administrative Assistant I
Duties: Seasonal registration and kiosk staff work 40 hours a week, five days a week (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) performing a variety of customer service and light cleaning duties. Duties include but are not limited to:
· Greet the public and answer questions
· Answer and monitor phone and 2-way park radio base station
· Directing visitors to the appropriate destination
· Work with Camp Hosts and Rangers to check in campers
· Sell Park passes and permits
· Collecting Motor Vehicle Entry Fees
· Keeping records of visitation statistics
· Providing Park and area information
· Post information on the entrance station bulletin board
· Open and close kiosks/Headquarters office
· Properly uses and maintains all equipment including computers, printers, copy machines, etc.
· Clean Headquarters office restrooms and restock paper supplies
· Clean Headquarters and kiosk including sweeping floors, cleaning counters, and washing windows, sanitize frequently used surfaces
· Collect and empty trash and recyclables
· When needed, assists with interpretive activities, special events, and outreach programs
· Inform supervisor of any issues that arise
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 per hour
