Local Home Care Company seeks an experienced Area Manager /Alternate Administrator.
- The Area Manager/Alternate Administrator will work closely with other area managers to ensure staff is available and trained for client care.
- The Area Manager/ Alternate Administrator is also charged case management for retention of cases and growth of the territory. This can be done by quickly and amicably resolving any disputes by working with the case manager, the client and the attendant.
- The Area Manager/ Alternate Administrator will also be responsible for filling out intake paperwork for clients in the clients home and processing it to the appropriate place in a timely manner.
- This position will also recruit, train, and supervise care givers complete HR packets for processing. Recruiting is with social media, word of mouth and any outlet you can find.
- This position is responsible for the daily visit verify and all day to day operations of the office.
- The Area Manager/ Alternate Administrator will also be responsible for building relationships with service coordinators, case managers and social workers in the community.
- The census is set to grow at a minimum of 10 new cases per month. This will require relationships, cold calling to service coordinators, presentations in the communities and any outlet you can find to ensure growth.
- This position is part of a team that is looking for a dedicated, responsible, long term team member who will grow with us. We provide Medicaid long term care personal attendant services across Texas.
- This position requires extensive travel so you need reliable transportation, a valid TX driver license, current auto insurance and pass a background check with no prior criminal history per our Medicaid licenses.
