What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Area Manager/Alternate Administrator position at Prileo Home Care?
AREA MANAGER/ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR wages will be determined by qualifications and experience. This will be a Salary position and will require SOME HOURS outside of “regular business hours”. The Administrator is in Dallas and the company needs an alternate to be located in the Houston area. We have offices in other areas of the State and are in growth mode and need a key team player. You will be a key role in our management team so dedication, attendance and availability are crucial and expected.
Being a LEADER who directs all the day to day operations of a (PAS) Personal attendant services agency. This position will also be responsible for managing other managers in your designated area once trained.
PAS services is providing care for clients in their own homes under Texas HHSC Medicaid. We are a licensed home health agency in the state of Texas, however we do not provide skilled services just PAS services which is activities of daily living.
For you to qualify for an interview your resume must reflect the following:
10 Years Working Experience Minimum
2 YEARS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A SIMMILAR POSITION our license requires this so you need to have 2 years in a health care setting as a manager or have 2 years of education in a health care role.
Direct and participate in setting up a networking plan with goals and train staff on the plan so together we can meet our goals for growth of the offices.
Direct and participate in completing client intakes and follow up visits in the clients home, scheduling staff, managing care staff, phones, filing, organizing, setting up and conducting employee trainings, Human Resources, payroll and other various duties as necessary.
MUST HAVE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND BE VERY ORGANIZED. This is a very ambitious position that requires a high level of dedication and leadership.
Must have a high level of computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel - Email and internet skills, drop box skills are also a plus but we can train on this. We will train you on the required software which is Vesta.
A current TX Driver License and insurance. We will run a DPS-OIG-and employee misconduct registry background check and your DMV record.
Reliable transportation this position will travel other areas to do monthly Branch visits per our contracts.
