Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home care agency.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for efficient service delivery.
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor budgets, billing, and financial performance of the agency.
- Ensure a high standard of client care, addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in home care regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.42 - $27.67 per hour
