A Better Solution In Home Care has an amazing opportunity for an Administrator position. We have a need for this position in the Sugar Land/Houston area to assist in growing and maintaining this territory. Location: Southwest Houston
Administrator:
Build relationships with the community, networking contacts, referral sources, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted & independent living facilities, and other healthcare professionals and referral partners in an effort to increase brand recognition and revenue. In addition, the Administrator - will be responsible for the following:
- Must be registered with the state or be willing to get registered with the state of Texas as the Administrator
- Conduct in-home assessments with new and prospective clients and care coordination of existing clients and referral sources
- Have the ability to input data on a daily basis in a CRM system to stay organized and keep track of prospects, clients, referrals and networking contacts. Coordinate with office staff on prospects, clients and caregivers.
- Attend and host networking events, health fairs and trade shows. Also, be able to attend and host multiple after hour social, networking, fundraising and sales events on a weekly basis.
- Be able to take on leadership roles in special projects.
- Participate in professional development activities to keep up to date on information related to the healthcare and senior care industry.
- Must maintain an active social media presence and assist with search engine optimization for the agency.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Have an established book of business of referral sources in the Houston and surrounding areas (preferred but not required)
- Be able to work in a startup mode environment and help to build a brand from the ground up
- Have strong ethical values and be a loyal person
- Able to work on an after hour basis as needed to meet with families and attend marketing events
- We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial and team focused individual. Must be able to work independently, take constructive criticism and hold themselves accountable for meeting activity and sales goals. Passionate for seniors and success. Be goal oriented with an ownership mentality and hungry for success

Job Requirements:
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting. An Associates degree is a plus.
- Must have Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle
- Must be able to pass Drug & Background check.
