Summary Description
- We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with management and administrative experience in setting goals, managing time schedules, and maintaining consistent workload programs for Care Givers who provide patient care.
- Motivate staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Draw up and implement work schedules for staff.
- Ensure that every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program.
- Recruit-Hire and Train new staff
- Oversee the work of the care team by performing quality assurance checks annually.
- Complete Visit Verification in software and keep up to date daily
- Keep accurate records of patient care and staff schedules.
- Follow HR Guidelines to compile files and process them for payroll and Billing.
- Qualifications
- At least 2years' experience as a Manager of groups of employees.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Healthcare Role
- Must have years working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- A compassionate and caring persona.
- Salary position this requires on call rotation for after hours and weekends.
