What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator position at Texas Health Care PLCC?
Duties:
Our ENT office in Irving, Texas is seeking a new bilingual (English/Spanish) patient coordinator. The qualified applicant must have previous patient coordinator experience, familiarity with EHR systems (NextGen is a plus), as well as excellent typing, spelling and medical terminology skills and knowledge. You will be documenting in the patients electronic health record. Also in the position as a new patient coordinator duties will include calling patients, entering new patient demographics, scanning and other clerical duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have at minimum 2 years physician office experience with ENT strongly preferred. Previous NextGen EHR is a plus.
