ABOUT PRIMAL PRACTICE

We have predominantly offered chiropractic services, and are now stepping into a complete holistic model to revolutionize healthcare specifically for women.

Primal has doubled in size over the last year and is in need of extra practitioners to continue to grow and serve the Missoula community.

Currently, we offer a signature program that incorporates 3 pillars :

  • Biochemistry Balance to detoxify, heal and reset
  • Core Connection for neural pathway repair that champions chiropractic care
  • Sustainable Nutrition to eat, energize and transform

    • Primal exists to empower women to live vibrantly, naturally, and holistically and to create an environment for our team to be fulfilled and supported in their professional journey while having the life they dream of outside the business .

    We are on a mission to support people in achieving health to live life on their own terms while becoming the best place in Montana for both clients and practitioners.

    We can't do this alone and are excited to work with more dedicated and compassionate people to achieve our goal of becoming the leading holistic health practice in the region within the next year or two .

    If you are hired for this position, you’ll go through a very hands-on 6-week onboarding period to get you up to speed and to be set for success.

    You have the ability to earn up to 65-80k a year in as little as 6 months with PTO and profit share.

    We believe in giving our team the structure to be successful and the autonomy to do things your way within the system – in this role, you will not be micromanaged , you will be supported and challenged to create results for our clients, our team, and the business.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • KEY IN OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding chiropractic care that is part of a holistic framework to create life-changing results for our clients.
  • Work closely with motivated female clients who are committed to finding and addressing the root causes of their imbalances.
  • Excel in communicating the philosophy of chiropractic and holistic health care.
  • Attend staff meetings, complete staff development training / meetings & member events.

    • OUT OF OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client communications (Email correspondence, FB Group, Newsletters, etc…)
  • Charting and reporting of daily client interactions
  • 90 minutes of external marketing per week including :
  • Client event, promotion, and marketing planned and directed.
  • Social media plan executed upon (Personal and business account)
  • Create and maintain 5 strategic partnerships within Missoula County

    • RESULTS – BASED ON QUARTERLY AVERAGES

  • Minimum 100 visits per week - 10-30 minute time slots
  • Achieve a Primal Protocol conversion rate of 35% or more
  • Generate 10 intro appointments via staff, client & partner referrals per month

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed chiropractor with a focus on or interest in women’s health and have 2 years of experience
  • Loves practicing using a low force technique such as SOT, Applied Kinesiology and / or Activator
  • Proven experience or training in holistic and alternative health practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
