The Accounting Associate will be responsible for supporting the PFL Accounting department in a wide range of accounting-related duties.
Deliverables
- Accurate and timely invoicing of customers
- Accurate and timely recording of vendor bills and payments to vendors
- Accurate and timely payroll
- Professional communication internally and externally
- Organized and thorough follow up on past due receivables
- Positive remarkable customer, vendor and partner relationships
- High level of attention to detail
Activities
- Daily, weekly and monthly customer invoicing
- Regular follow up on past due receivables
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues preventing collecting payment
- Process vendor invoices as received and issue on time payments to vendors
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues preventing paying vendors
- Payroll: enter payroll updates, prepare checks, pay payroll taxes, garnishments, and PTO
- Maintain transparent records
- Execute and maintain internal controls
- Other accounting / bookkeeping duties as assigned
- Work with external collection agency as necessary
- Record payments received from customers

The rest of the stuff: Compensation is $24.00-$28.00 hour, based on experience.
