Shipping Specialist

The Shipping Specialist packs and ships orders out to customers. Packs and ships at a quick pace, ensuring that orders are put together and sent out correctly in a timely manner. Works diligently with exceptional attention to detail and maintains a positive attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner to achieve daily, weekly & monthly shipping goals.
• Ensures lowest cost carriers are utilized while also minimizing incremental shipping delays to customers.
• Ensures all products meet visual standards prior to shipping, as the final step in the quality control process, ensuring that lids are tightened and labels correctly applied.
• Support USPS, DHL & FedEx package pickups
• Assist with other areas of Production as needed to include: labeling products (by machine and by hand), making boxes, and daily manufacturing support needs.
• Communicate product and packing supply needs when necessary.
• Clean up after oneself and others during and at the end of each shift, maintaining clean and filled shipping areas.
• Maintains a safe work environment in shipping areas.
• Available to work from 6 am to 6 pm, including some weekends and BFCM holidays
• Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for 8 hours a day, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
