Medical Assistant Primary Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Primary Care Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support services.

About the Role:

This full-time position is responsible for providing top-notch clinical and administrative support to our medical staff. Your primary duties will include:

* Preparing patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
* Assisting providers during treatment and examination
* Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
* Verifying insurance information and collecting copays

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current BLS certification, and either one year of medical assistant experience or completion of an accredited MA program with an externship. Additionally, you must be certified by a recognized medical assisting organization, such as the AAMA, AMCA, or AMT.
