Job Title : Shipping Supervisor
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to join our team. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping department and ensuring that all products are shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage the shipping department staff
Ensure that all products are shipped on time and in accordance with customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory
Develop and implement shipping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Monitor and maintain the quality of all products shipped
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
