SPS Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Manager to join our growing team! About the Role:
As the Shipping and Receiving Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the shipping, receiving, and materials management process at our facility. You'll coordinate domestic and international logistics, maintain inventory systems, and ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the building, while supporting customer service and production teams.

✨ What You’ll Do:
- Oversee packaging and shipping of finished goods per customer specs
- Ensure packaging is to industry standards and appropriate for the application
- Manage receiving, inspection, and inventory of incoming materials
- Manager moving materials inside the building to workstations
- Use ERP systems to generate shipping docs and manage purchase orders
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines
- Drive local pickup and delivery routes using company vehicles
- Uphold 5S standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Prepare documentation for international shipments
- Ship and manage outside services i.e. P
- Support vendor qualification and cost-savings initiatives
️ What You Bring:
- 5 years in a shipping/receiving or logistics management role
- Experience with international shipping processes
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50–90 lbs and work flexible hours, including overtime
- Forklift experience and Visual ERP knowledge a plus
