Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing book of business, ensuring exceptional service and repeat opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless freight handling, including LTL, FTL, and cross-docking services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships by providing tailored logistics solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Provide market insights and contribute to company sales strategies.
- Handle onboarding operations of customer
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in domestic freight sales or operations, with a successful sales track record.
- Book of Business: Proven portfolio with annual revenue of over $2 million that can be transferred immediately.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of domestic freight operations, including LTL, FTL, and warehousing solutions.

- Skills:
