Responsibilities
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations. Process payments and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and ensuring timely resolution of their claims.
- Quoting and Sales Support: Help quote new policies and provide information about coverage options to potential and existing clients.
- Documentation and Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information in our database. Maintain organized records of all interactions and transactions.
- Follow-Up: Stay on top of pending matters, following up with clients to ensure tasks are completed and theyre satisfied.
- Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they need, suggesting additional policies when appropriate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide seamless service and support. Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Must obtain a Property and Casualty license (well help you with this!).
- Must have reliable transportation to our Grover Beach, CA office.
