Title : HR Business Partner

Schedule : Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days WFH)
Salary : $70-85k
Bonus : 5% annual

What You'll Be Doing :
- Conduct regular meetings with assigned business units to understand and address HR needs.
- Collaborate with management and staff, providing HR guidance and support when necessary.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Analyze and present HR data to inform policy development, programs, and procedures.
- Address and follow through on employee relations escalations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
- Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster positive work relationships, enhance employee morale, and support productivity and retention initiatives.
- Advise on HR policy interpretation and application.
- Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts.
- Identify training needs and facilitate the implementation of employee development programs.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel within assigned region as needed.
