POSITION SUMMARY :
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to designated business units within our organization. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, providing comprehensive HR support, and driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR guidance to support business objectives.
- Employee Relations : Address complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations when necessary, and provide resolutions that are fair and consistent with company policies.
- Performance Management : Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans to enhance employee productivity and growth.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention : Partner with the recruitment team to attract top talent and develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs for teams and individuals, facilitate learning opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- HR Policy Implementation : Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
