What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient functioning of all systems and services.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and security across all technologies.
- Manage IT staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of hardware and software systems across the organization.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying areas for improvement or savings.
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols, data backup systems, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard company information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT-related regulations and industry standards, keeping the organization in line with legal and security requirements.
- Provide technical support for critical IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and resolution of problems in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to enhance the department's capabilities.
