Collaborate with technical staff to create qualification packages, presentations, and other marketing materials. Develop compelling presentation content tailored for project interviews. Conduct training sessions to equip staff with messaging strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and offices to keep marketing materials up to date (e.g., resumes, project descriptions, and collateral). Partner with the marketing and communications team to execute campaigns and special initiatives. Stay informed on industry trends and target markets. Maintain active involvement in professional and community organizations to strengthen industry connections.What We're Looking For : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing & proposals experience in the AEC industry. Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proven experience in managing and producing RFP responses. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
