Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and assist in developing processes and gaps across departments.
- Perform daily processing tasks and minimize exceptions to ensure smooth operations.
- Use root cause analysis to solve errors, exceptions, and process gaps.
- Interpret complex data and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders and third parties.
- Ensure business requirements, regulations, and compliance standards are met in daily tasks and exception handling.
- Design and maintain a robust quality control process for daily tasks and exceptions.
- Provide user support for applications, projects, and processes.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports, using data to drive performance and results.
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively based on competing deadlines and business needs.
- Communicate tasks' upstream and downstream impact, making connections across teams.
- Take a proactive approach to research and analyze complex business issues, providing timely, accurate solutions.
- Conduct cost-benefit and efficiency analysis to improve processes continuously.
- Investigate remittance exceptions and ensure accurate posting to appropriate accounts.
- Work with vendors to address incentive fulfillment issues and other concerns.
- Review daily reports, identify anomalies, and take action accordingly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations or analytical role.
- Strong passion for analytics with a focus on driving business performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Spotfire is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of adapting to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
