Job overview and responsibilities
- Responsible for providing wide ranging personnel duties
- May include analytical support to the Line Maintenance operation
- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for Line operation functions
- May provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment / utilization of staffing resources
- Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports
- Perform personnel related duties including scanning, filing, make overtime call outs in accordance with local process, maintain payroll, and track attendance in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policy
- Develops and maintains statistical data using excel and share point, and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, Line forecasts, operations, performance, and OSHA data
- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for Line operation functions utilizing computer generated volume data and base / line math model guidelines
- May provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment / utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control
- Provide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance, and OSHA
- This group is a 7-day operation
- This position will be 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts and will work weekends

Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
The base pay range for this role is $43, to $59,
The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
