What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commissions Analyst - Retail Energy position at Primary Services?
Our Retail Energy client is looking for a Direct Hire, Commissions Analyst - Retail Energy in Houston (Downtown, Hybrid). You will be responsible for managing the comprehensive “end-to-end” processing of commission plans and sales incentive payment calculation for all brokers and commissionable positions.
Responsibilities
- Bring in data from Revenue Manager in Telemetry.
- Analyze what is being paid this month vs. last month.
- Analyze and ensure the accuracy of the billing data.
- Serve as a point of contact for the sales team and brokers to address questions regarding compensation plans.
- Perform research as needed to help resolve issues, and develop appropriate solutions to resolve exception payment requirements.
- Automate manual processes.
- Drive process improvements, identify gaps and data discrepancies, and generate effective solutions.
