Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Compliance Administrative Coordinator for our client. In this role, you will assist with important compliance and regulatory functions, providing key support to ensure smooth operations for various data entry tasks related to firearms and boat / trailer registrations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with boat and trailer registrations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Complete firearm traces, including serial number look-ups and matching submitted forms by the store.
- Enter Ship To Store firearm orders into the store A&D log as a pending acquisition.
- Process notifications for acquisitions from drop ship vendors and ensure acquisitions are available before the shipment arrives.
- Work closely with shipping schedules and UPS delivery to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Handwrite various documents daily, including traces and BMT (Books of Mastery Trace).
- Assist with corrections and resolving Ship to Store firearm issues in the Electronic A&D system.
