Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Full Cycle Bookkeeper for a prestigious client looking to enhance its accounting department. In this role, you will manage multiple accounts, ensure accurate financial records, and collaborate with internal teams to support operational efficiency. Your proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be key to the company’s continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records for accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including budget tracking and investment updates.
- Reconcile financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Communicate with directors, vendors, and consultants to address financial matters.
- Attend meetings to provide updates on financial performance and projections.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.
- Assist with monthly financial reconciliations and reporting of financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ensure all financial data complies with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with payroll processing and an understanding of payroll tax obligations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain financial data clearly.
- Strong experience in financial transaction reporting and reconciliations.
