Primary Services is excited to announce the role of HRIS Analyst for our client, a well-established company in the LNG industry. This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to play a key role in the transition from ADP to Workday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain functionality of the existing ADP system, including data entry and updates.
- Provide technical support to HR and end users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Generate and analyze customized HR reports based on evolving business needs.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in the implementation of Workday, including configuration, testing, and validation.
- Support the migration of employee data from ADP to Workday.
- Develop system user guides and documentation to support ongoing training.
- Train HR and business users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through system enhancements.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS-related workflows.
- Contribute to HRIS-related projects such as upgrades, integrations, and system rollouts.
- Perform other duties related to HR systems as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in HRIS administration.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP and/or Workday.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret HR data trends.
- Demonstrated experience in system implementation and data migration.
- Strong skills in system auditing, diagnostic testing, and documentation.
- Understanding of data security and confidentiality in HR environments.
