Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking an Human Resources Information Systems Analyst to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, quality assurance, and data analysis using a variety of web-based tools, HR systems, and databases.
• Responsibilities include executing advanced functions in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, and conducting research to resolve issues independently after receiving instructions.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry, quality assurance, and analysis, with proficiency in using web-based tools, HR systems, and databases.
• Advanced skills in Excel and a detail-oriented approach to ensuring data accuracy are essential, along with the ability to work independently after initial guidance.
